重庆两江新区携手世界贸易网点联盟深化合作，共绘开放发展新蓝图(Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and World Trade Point Federation Deepen Cooperation to Co-create a New Blueprint for Open Development)

2025年4月7日，重庆两江新区管委会副主任郑航与世界贸易网点联盟（WTPF）主席布鲁诺·马谢（Bruno Masier）一行进行餐叙交流，双方围绕深化国际合作、推动企业全球化发展、共建数字化贸易服务平台等议题展开深入交流，共谋合作新机遇，共筑开放发展新蓝图。

布鲁诺·马谢主席详细介绍了世界贸易网点联盟的相关情况。世界贸易网点联盟成立于2000年，是一个非政府国际组织，至今已在85个国家发展了260余个贸易网点，为中小型企业提供贸易信息、贸易促进以及电子商务等全方位服务。日前，世界贸易网点联盟（瑞士）重庆代表处已正式落户重庆两江新区，与各国政府、商会、行业协会和其他贸易促进组织建立了广泛的合作网络，将担当企业和政府、市场特别是国际市场的桥梁柱纽带作用，支持和推动国际贸易的可持续发展，助力中国的好产品、好品牌、好文化走向世界。

Chairman Bruno Masier introduced the World Trade Point Federation in detail. Founded in 2000, the World Trade Point Federation is a non-governmental international organization. So far, the World Trade Points Federation has established over 260 trade points across 85 countries. These trade points offer a wide range of comprehensive services, including trade information dissemination, trade promotion initiatives, and e-commerce support, all tailored to meet the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.Recently, the Chongqing Representative Office of the World Trade Point Federation (Switzerland) has officially been set up in Liangjiang New Area. This office has built an extensive cooperation network with governments, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and other trade promotion organizations from different countries. Functioning as a crucial bridge between enterprises and the government, as well as between enterprises and the market, particularly the international market, it is committed to supporting and promoting the sustainable development of international trade. Moreover, it will play a significant role in facilitating high-quality Chinese products, brands, and culture to expand globally.

布鲁诺·马谢主席高度赞赏重庆两江新区的开放态度与合作愿景，他表示，世界贸易网点联盟作为全球性贸易促进平台，将依托全球网络资源，支持两江新区企业参与国际竞争。他还特别邀请郑航副主任参加11月在日内瓦举办的WTPF年会，并共同考察意大利、西班牙的工业园区，探索双向合作机会。

Chairman Bruno Masier highly praised the open attitude and cooperation vision of Liangjiang New Area. He said the World Trade Point Federation, as a global trade promotion platform, will leverage its global network to help enterprises in Liangjiang New Area and western China compete globally. He also specifically invited Deputy Director Zheng Hang to the WTPF annual meeting and to jointly inspect international projects.

郑航副主任在会谈中表示，两江新区作为中国首个服务贸易试点区域，也是占据重庆服务贸易总额半壁江山的开放高地，正积极构建“一带一路”与长江经济带联结点，致力于通过国际合作推动区域经济高质量发展。世界贸易网点联盟（瑞士）重庆代表处的设立，不仅为两江新区企业出海提供桥梁作用，也将成为吸引海外人才、技术及资本的重要窗口。期待双方深入合作，共同构建线上线下融合的贸易促进载体，推动新能源汽车、智能装备等重点产业和本地企业深度对接国际市场，推动两江新区在服务贸易、产业对接、品牌推广等领域取得更大突破。

Deputy Director Zheng Hang said in the conference that Liangjiang New Area, as one of the first batch of pilot areas for the innovative development of trade in services and an area for deepening the pilot in China, and an open highland accounting for half of Chongqing's total trade in services, is actively building a connection point between the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and is committed to promoting the high-quality development of the regional economy through international cooperation. The establishment of the Chongqing Representative Office of the World Trade Point Federation (Switzerland) not only serves as a bridge for enterprises in Liangjiang New Area to go global, but also becomes an important window to attract overseas talents, technology, and capital. He looks forward to in-depth cooperation between the two parties to jointly build an online-offline integrated trade promotion carrier, promote the in-depth connection between key industries such as new energy vehicles and intelligent equipment and local enterprises with the international market, and drive Liangjiang New Area to achieve greater breakthroughs in trade in services, industrial docking, brand promotion, and other fields.

本次餐叙交流，标志着重庆两江新区与世界贸易网点联盟携手迈入合作新阶段。未来，双方将聚焦“机制化、精准化、平台化、事项化”四大维度，确保合作高效落地，进一步整合国内外资源，推动重庆乃至中国西南地区企业与国际市场的深度对接，营造国际化营商环境，为开放型经济注入新动能，为构建国内国际双循环发展格局贡献贡献“两江方案”与“WTPF智慧”。

This conference marks that Chongqing Liangjiang New Area and the World Trade Point Federation have entered a new stage of cooperation. In the future, the two parties will establish a working mechanism featuring “institutionalization, platform-based operation, precision-oriented approach, and task-specific implementation” to ensure the efficient implementation of cooperation matters. They will further integrate domestic and international resources, promote the in-depth connection between enterprises in Chongqing and even in Southwest China and the international market, create an international business environment, inject new impetus into the open economy, and contribute the Liangjiang Solution and the Wisdom of WTPF to the construction of a development pattern of dual circulation, both domestic and international.
