世界贸易网点联盟主席布鲁诺·马谢先生莅临重庆代表处指导工作(President Bruno Masier of World Trade Point Federation Pays a Guidance Visit to Chongqing Representative Office)

4月6日，世界贸易网点联盟主席布鲁诺·马谢先生莅临重庆代表处-重庆两江国际经济合作中心指导工作，中心主任王红胜，副主任刘浩如、刘祥、刘朝辉、郑夕阳等陪同考察。

On April 6, Bruno Masier, President of the World Trade Point Federation, paid a guiding visit to the Chongqing Representative Office-Chongqing Liangjiang International Economic Cooperation Center. Wang Hongsheng, Director of the Center, and Deputy Directors Liu Haoru, Liu Xiang, Liu Zhaohui, Zheng Xiyang, etc. accompanied him during the inspection.

世界贸易网点联盟（WTPF）成立于2000年，是一个非政府国际组织，起源于联合国贸发会议（UNCTAD）发起的贸易网点创新方案。作为一个国际性的组织，联盟与联合国贸易和发展会议（UNCTAD）、世界贸易组织（WTO）等国际机构保持密切的合作关系，共同推动全球贸易的健康发展。联盟至今已在85个国家发展了260余个贸易网点，为中小型企业提供贸易信息、贸易促进以及电子商务等全方位服务。

Founded in 2000, the World Trade Point Federation (WTPF) is a non-governmental international organization stemming from the Trade Point Initiative initiated by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). As an international entity, the Federation has forged close cooperative ties with international institutions like the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Together, they strive to promote the sound development of global trade. To date, the Federation has established over 260 trade points across 85 countries. These trade points offer comprehensive services, including trade information, trade promotion, and e-commerce support, to small and medium-sized enterprises.

日前，世界贸易网点联盟（瑞士）重庆代表处已正式落户重庆两江新区。

Recently, the Chongqing Representative Office of the World Trade Point Federation (Switzerland) has officially settled in Chongqing Liangjiang New Area.

布鲁诺·马谢先生对重庆代表处的相关工作提出了高屋建瓴的指导意见，他强调，重庆作为中国西部国际门户枢纽和陆海新通道核心节点，在全球供应链重构中具有独特区位优势。重庆代表处应充分发挥世界贸易网点联盟的全球网络资源，与各国政府、商会、行业协会和其他贸易促进组织建立广泛的合作。他特别提出，未来联盟将围绕绿色贸易、跨境电商和“一带一路”服务链建设等领域推进深度合作，助力重庆代表处打造具有国际影响力的经贸合作示范平台。

Mr. Bruno Masier offered profound and guiding insights regarding the relevant work of the Chongqing Representative Office. He underlined that, as an international gateway hub in western China and a core node of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, Chongqing enjoys a distinct geographical edge in the reconfiguration of the global supply chain. He stressed that the Chongqing Representative Office should fully leverage the global network resources of the World Trade Point Federation and establish extensive partnerships with governments, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and other trade promotion entities from diverse countries. Specifically, he proposed that in the future, the Federation will drive in-depth collaboration in domains such as green trade, cross-border e-commerce, and the construction of the Belt and Road service chain. This, in turn, will assist the Chongqing Representative Office in constructing an internationally renowned demonstration platform for economic and trade cooperation.

王红胜主任表示，中心将全面落实联盟战略部署，持续优化跨境服务生态，担当企业和政府、市场特别是国际市场的桥梁柱纽带作用，为构建开放型世界经济贡献“重庆力量”，助力中国的好产品、好品牌、好文化走向世界。

Director Wang Hongsheng indicated that the Center is determined to thoroughly carry out the strategic arrangements of the Federation. It will persistently refine and upgrade the cross-border service ecosystem, functioning as a pivotal bridge connecting enterprises with the government, the market, and in particular, the international market. In this way, it will inject “Chongqing’s impetus” into the construction of an open-world economy and assist high-quality Chinese products, brands, and cultural elements to expand globally.
